We have to admit it - we're big fans of Conrah, the Welsh makers of highly technical and stylishly engineered items such as this. The red anodised aluminium bowl features a facet cut diamond design and dates from the early 1970s - and is typical Conrah. Its stunningly simple design and superior finish makes this dish a perfect centrepiece to a table or a great addition to a modernist decor. It was "all the rage" a few years ago, but we think it continues to be worthy of a look.

Measuring approx. 5 cm (2 in) high with a diameter of 13 cm (5.25 in). It's in good condition, with only some minor blemishes to the interior, a couple of ever-so-tiny dings to the rim, and some slight "fuzzing" to the felt base.

Diamond (Zuanshi) brand vintage clock in Cadillac / Mint Green and Chrome

A stylish steel-bodied clock in a suitably retro Cadillac or Mint Green colour, made by Diamond (Zuanshi) of Hong Kong. Dating from the 1950s to early 60s, we believe, the body colour is offset with chrome detailing and silver face with a red second hand, making this a very handsome little timepiece.

In full working order, this clock is in good, clean condition for its age - the only blemishes being a little bit of paint loss to the body (see photos) and a couple of scratches to the glass, the latter of which certainly don't detract from the style and good looks of this item.

The clock measures 10cm (4 in.) high and 5cm (2 in) deep, taking into account the winder and the face has a diameter of 7.5 cm (3 in)
