This is badged as a "First Edition". We're not sure what that means (!), but what it does have is a very appealing and simply designed face and a slightly unusal body to go with it.

The clock measures 19.5 cm (7¾ in.) in diameter at the rear, being slightly chamfered to the front, whilst the face has a diameter of 17.5cm (7 in.) and the depth is 3cm (1¼ in.). The movement is an audibly ticking quartz style and is powered by a single AA battery. The clock is in excellent condition and comes with its original box and (brief) instruction manual.

W. Spear & Sons, this 1978 "Presentation Edition" of their ever-popular Scrabble word game is certainly one for the collector or completist. The presentation edition features the original style wooden letter tiles, special red leather effect box and matching playing board, black durable letter bag and black tile racks.  It certainly feels a little special when compared to the standard version, although we can't guarantee that this will lift your playing level!

This one is complete and in excellent condition, with only minor signs of use throughout.  The very worst of this wear and tear  is some "creasing" wear in the fold of the board (photographed) and  some "denting" to the box lid where it has been pressed down and met the bag of tiles underneath, but it is barely noticeable and rather difficult to photograph (sorry!).
