A little bit glam and a whole lot of plastic, this is the Astral "Fab phone" which is push button telephone dating from the late 1980s and featuring last number re-dial, an electronic ringer and a shape which is all of its own. It's a combination of rounded body and angular handset with the former in a glossy black finish and the latter in a mirrored silver finish, chrome-like in appearance.

In good condition with some superficial signs of use this is an unusual telephone from a time when such items were as much decorative as functional, and certainly said something about the person and the household.

We probably don't need a description for this set of three Sadler Pottery jugs since the photos and their design title speaks volumes: "Flower Power". They are fabulously retro and would make excellent decorative pieces for any interior harking back to the late 1960s or 1970s.

There are no chips or cracks in the jugs although there is some crazing to the glazes due to age and the spout of one of the jugs (the middle one) feels rough to the touch as if the glaze has become compromised, but these are minor defects in the face of the overall impression which these jugs leave.

The dimensions are as follows:

Small: 10cm height / 10cm diameter at maximum / 12cm spout to handle extremity..

Medium: 11.5cm height / 10cm diameter at maximum / 14cm spout to handle extremity..

Large: 13cm height / 12cm diameter at maximum / 16cm spout to handle extremity.

A very funky and large 1970s tablecloth measuring 124cm by 124cm (50x50 in), with an orange and brown design featuring flowers, birds and butterflies. The tablecloth has a white background and yellow-orange border and a set of mid-orange matching napkins to really set off the design. In extraordinarily good condition (never used, we think) and a great example!
