Vintage Eichhoff-Werke E3370 Orange and White Desk Lamp “Lampina”

A small "Lampina" desk lamp with distinctive semi-ball shaped head made by Eichhoff-Werke of West Germany in a very fetching orange and white colour scheme. This is an uncommon lamp with all the vintage vibes a person could ask for, dating as it does from the 1960s-1970s, but also with very practical features for contemporary use.

The metal telescopic stem allows for adjustability of length from approximately 13cm to 37cm and features a rotating top section to allow the shade to be positioned in the required direction. This flexibility is emphasised by an additional angle adjustment on the shade itself for further positioning.

The sturdy base (approximately 12cm x 8cm x 5cm) is predominately plastic with a slight texture and houses a reassuringly solid switch and a hinge allowing the telescopic stem to be angled from the vertical to just a few degrees above the horizontal. The two part shade is approximately 8cm in diameter around its middle with an opening of about 5cm and is vented to the rear. The lamp takes a standard small bayonet B15 bulb - a "pygmy" size bulb looks best in conjunction with it.

Vintage Handblown Textured Glass Semi-Globe Vase

A piece of vintage art glass in the form of a semi-globe shaped vase with pineapple-style interior texture and a slightly fluted and rim. A very finely produced and lightweight item which shows considerable craftsmanship in its making and unusual in form and visual effect, particularly with the texture on the inside rather than the outside of the glass. It is most likely to be East European in origin.

The vase has no chips or cracks and is presented in excellent condition. The vase measures approximately 12cm (4¾ in.) in height with the "ball" section approximately 9cm (3½ in) of that. The vase is 11cm (4¼ in.) at its widest, with a rim measuring 6.5 cm (2½ in.) in diameter and a base 4.5 cm (1¾ in.) in diameter.

Yellow and Black Kaiser Space Age Pedestal Globe Clock

A rather cheerful and funky black and yellow pedestal clock in glorious plastic with more than a hint of "Space Age" and "Panton" about it. The black "tulip" style pedestal base, clock face, and alarm button contrast starkly with the yellow housing, white numerals, and white hands to make quite a punchy statement. In good working condition with only minor signs of age and wear, mainly superficial scratches to the plastics.

Measures approximately 20cm (8in.) in height with a base diameter of 11cm (4¼ in.).

Please note: this clock has an audible tick which, although not loud, the buyer should be aware of. It is also possible that this clock is missing a rear body section to cover the adjustments and winders.
