These seem to have been sold via toy retailers at the time and is possibly made by "D.B.S."

This one is in pretty good condition - some minor wear to the top and slight deformation in shape but nothing major. As is common with these, it seems, the "top" appears to be a slightly different colour and finish from the body.  The box measures 12cm (4¾ in.) high with a diameter of 6.5cm (2½ in.)
