Handmade Norsk Rolf Buodd Pewter Letter Rack / Holder

A very nice decorative handmade pewter letter rack or other holder designed and made by Rolf Buodd in Norway.

In good condition, with some wear/scratching consistent with age and use but otherwise clean and very presentable. The underside still retains its label and the maker's stamp is visible and legible.

Measures approximately 10cm by 6.5cm by 3cm (width/height/depth).

Cathrineholm Lotus Enamelware Lidded Saucepans / Casserole Dish

These fabulous Cathrineholm lidded saucepans or casserole dishes feature the renowned and highly desirable "Lotus" pattern, designed by Arne Clausen and made in Norway. Dating from the 1960s and made of high quality enamelware they continue to look great and work great to this day.

Ours are in a very cool retro colour green and are in excellent condition. The only minor blemishes are some very slight rusting in places on the rims and some minor wear to the bases, but as you can see from the photos, this is barely noticeable and certainly doesn't affect their look nor their functionality. There are no chips to the enamelling and the handles have retained a great shine.

We have variations available as follows:

16cm Rim Diameter, 12cm Base Diameter, 8cm height. Marked "MADE IN NORWAY". [SORRY - SOLD OUT!]

18cm Rim Diameter, 14cm Base Diameter, 9cm Height. Marked "CATHRINEHOLM OF NORWAY". [SORRY - SOLD OUT!]

20cm Rim Diameter, 16cm Base Diameter, 10cm Height. Marked "MADE IN NORWAY". [SORRY - SOLD OUT!]

22cm Rim Diameter, 18cm Base Diameter, 10cm Height. Marked "CATHRINEHOLM OF NORWAY".

Each comes with its original handle and lid which also features the maker's mark stamped into the handle underside. The handles can be removed to turn the pan into a casserole/serving dish.

A Pair of vintage Norwegian Painted Egg Cups

These quaint wooden egg cups, marked "Norge" and made in Norway, each feature a charming painted face design for "his and hers" eggs with vintage style or for simply using as decorative items with a twist.

Both are in excellent condition (see, we don't always resort to cheap puns!), and one has a rather amusing pencil mark on the underside of the base which we have left intact and which reads: "HANDS OFF MINE"!

Norwegian Folk Art Nutcracker

Is he an Elf or perhaps Santa? We don't know, but this fellow is not only charming but also performs admirably as a decorative, kitsch nutcracker. Approximately 23cm (9 in) in length and marked "Geilo" on the side which locates its origins to Norway. We don't know how old this is, but what we are certain of is that you'll never crack your nuts in quite the same way ever again!
