The intercom set which is basically a wired set of bakelite microphones and receivers is working (we tested it ourselves and are still smiling!), although you might wish to pay a little attention to the connections to make them more solid and dependable. The wire is over 4 metres long.

The box is colourful but admittedly rather tatty - but it'll make you smile, we think... as will the contents ;)
