They are approximately 20cm (8in) tall and originally had elastic bands to put over the wearer's ears (now eroded away).

Made in Hong Kong, they probably aren't usable as originally intended due to their age and fragility, but they would make colourful eye-catching display pieces, and could be easily box-framed.
