We're not experts on the plant kingdom but we believe that the print depicts a member of the convulvulus family of plants (bindweeds, etc.).  The plate itself is in very good condition and the block is in generally good shape. If you wished to use this for actual printing we reckon it would work very well indeed - alternatively, it would certainly make for an interesting decorative item or small paperweight.

The block measures 6.5cm by 6cm by 2cm (2½ by 2¼ by ¾ in).
