Yes, it's kind of psychedelic and trippy in design. Yes, it was probably made in the 1970s.  This round Worcesterware drinks or serving tray is is in very good shape, with some scratching to the underside which is to be expected for this kind of item but a very good and clean surface. The tray doesn't suffer from any denting or deformations, although it could be argued that it suffers from its decade of manufacture.

The tray measures 30cm (12.in) in diameter and is approximately 3cm (1¼ in.) deep.
