The Anglepoise lamp in all its guises is and always will be a bit of a favourite of ours. It's a perfect combination of form and function, designed and engineered to its utmost, and both time- and use-tested over many, many years. This Model 90 - dating from the early 1970s - adds to these credentials by being delivered in a relatively unusual colour - a light sage green. It's not a colour you see often and it looks great. We're not going to say much more, because if you know then you know.. how good Anglepoise lamps are, how useful they are, and how much of a classic design this is. Please judge for yourself based on the photos :)

This one is in good condition with only minimal signs of age and wear. There are a couple of grazes to the base, but the shade is in good shape and there's very little surface loss to speak of. The switch is good and feels solid to the touch and there's a good length of cabling. As always, please have the lamp safety tested and inspected prior to use in your own environment. It's fully functioning but sold on the basis of it being tested in situ.

A large - 28 cm / 11 in. tall - vase made by Lotus Studio Pottery of Stoke Gabriel in Devon. More famous for their stylised bulls, this vase also features the trademark dark sage colour and speckled blue-grey tone of their work in the 1970s, but with a leaf or petal design, almost fern-like, running vertically from the base. The vase is ribbed horizontally and has a slender pinch about two-thirds down from the rim. These aspects and the glaze provides much play of light on the surface.

A great piece for the collector of Lotus pottery the vase in execllent condition with no discernible defects. The piece is stamped to the base with the Lotus Pottery mark.

A very strikingly "different" jug vase from Sadler. Well known for their more traditional shapes, this vase is anything but that, with its rectangular form, "bobble" and "ribbing" textures and uncompromising styling. If a pottery vase can be brutal or modernist, then this one can make the claim. In a moss green colour with square rim and handle, the vase measures 11.5cm (4½ in.) in width, 7.5cm (3 in.) in depth and is 13cm (5¼ in.) high. The vase is in good condition with only very minor and superficial signs of age and wear. There are a couple of minor grazes which are only noticeable under very close inspection.
