Vintage Belgian Multi-Lingual Dark Green and Opaline Glass Condiment Set

A very attractive little condiment set of salt, pepper and mustard pots, with a couple of unusual features. First, is the opaline / milk glass bottle bodies which form a high-contrast pairing with the dark green plastic screw tops. Second, is the labelling of the bottles which is not just in one or two languages, but rather in four - there are English, French, German and Dutch labels on each of these! Accompanying this multi-lingual wording is a banded floral design in dark green with plenty of scrolls and flourishes to complete the unusual look.

The salt and pepper pots are approximately 11cm (4¼ in.) in height with a base diameter of 4.5cm (1¾ in.), whilst the mustard pot is slightly taller at 11.5cm (4½ in.) with a base diameter of 7.5cm (3 in.). All three are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks and very little signs of wear and age. The pepper dispenser has some slight discoloration to the plastic from past use.

Large Lotus Studio Pottery Vase in Sage with Leaf Design Elizabeth Skipworth

A large - 28 cm / 11 in. tall - vase made by Lotus Studio Pottery of Stoke Gabriel in Devon. More famous for their stylised bulls, this vase also features the trademark dark sage colour and speckled blue-grey tone of their work in the 1970s, but with a leaf or petal design, almost fern-like, running vertically from the base. The vase is ribbed horizontally and has a slender pinch about two-thirds down from the rim. These aspects and the glaze provides much play of light on the surface.

A great piece for the collector of Lotus pottery the vase in execllent condition with no discernible defects. The piece is stamped to the base with the Lotus Pottery mark.

Anglepoise Lighting Model 99 Gooseneck Desk Lamp in Green

A very appealing Model 99 Gooseneck Desklamp made by Anglepoise in a two-tone colourway of a light avocado coloured shade and dark green stem and base and with distinctive shade shape. The gooseneck is in a chromed metal and the dark green base has a contrasting pair of sides in the lighter tone.

Overall in good condition, but with some signs of wear and age, notably some minor surface loss and very slight mishapening to the shade and small amounts of speckling to the base. These are less significant when in actual use and the lamp displays well and is an attractive desk light as well as highly practical.

Dartmouth Pottery Dark Green Tri-Form Vase

A stiking dark green / olive vase made by Dartmouth Pottery and dating from the 1960s-70s. Rising from a round base the vase has a pinched and decorated middle leading to a triangular form at the rim making it an unusual decorative item.

In excellent condition, with only one blemish to the glaze (pictured), the vase measures approximately 17cm (6¾in) high, with a base diameter of 8cm (3in) and a rim 11cm (4¼in) wide.
