The condition of the lamp is generally good and it is working order. There are some superficial scratches to the metalwork as to be expected of an item of this age and use, but the overall cosmetic state is good.The shade has, importantly, retained a good shape. Most likely, the base would originally have had a plastic cover, but this one does not have one.

Made in France by Arcopal and part of their characteristic Volcan range, this large circular dish - suitable for use as fruit bowl or as a serving dish - is heavy and toughened, reminiscent of Pyrex glassware. In a striking marbled orange, mustard and brown with a textured finish this dish is not only a very useful kitchen or dining item but it also would make a fabulous decorative piece in its own right.

These are listed individually, but offers for part or all of the set of 6 are also invited. The plates are in generally good condition. Most have very little sign of wear and tear, though it should be noted that a couple of the plates do have some slight nibbles, glaze imperfections, or minor loss to edges, but nothing that detracts from normal use or is apparent without close inspection. In the case of single or partial purchases, then the best of the plates will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis.
