Denby Stone and Teak endgrain patterned trivet or small serving board, handcrafted in Denmark

A very attractive-looking butchers block-style trivet or serving board produced by Denby as part of their “Stone and Teak” range. Handcrafted in Denmark in collaboration with Digsmed, the range of products were intended to be complementary and showcase each partner’s skills. In this case, there’s no stone, just beautifully crafted endgrain teak in a Danish modern style, just some subtle curves to the shape in order for the wood to speak for itself.

In very good, clean, condition with some minor signs of use as one might expect from an item of this type – surface blade marks, etc. – but no chips or dents, and with plenty of life left in it. Original makers stamp to the underside. It measures approximately 25 cm by 15 cm by 2.5 cm (10 in. x 6 in. x 1 in.)
