Vintage 1980s White Philips D3112 Cube Digital Clock Radio

The cube-shaped bedside digital clock radio is perhaps one of the most “1980s” of all home appliances. Almost every audio electronics manufacturer made one and this one is the offering of Philips, initially the D3110 and later the D3112. It’s a 12cm rounded cube of plastic with all of the features you’d expect, some nice design detailing, and the sort of looks that would match your 1980s bedroom. It has a three-band radio (FM/LW/MW), dual alarms, wake to radio or buzzer, slumber option, snooze (“repeat” alarm) and classic red digit display. It also has a decent sound from the speakers.

This one is in good condition albeit that the white plastic has some slight yellowing, which is not uncommon for these items. There are no chips or cracks to the plastic casing and everything functions as it should.,
