This quirky fellow in brass was probably intended originally as an ashtray or trinket dish and most likely dates from the 1950s. We think he’s got something about him and, having given him a clean, think he could grace a new home, perhaps a place to put your keys to go with his scales… get it? No? Suit yourself!
The tray measures 13 x 7.5 x 2 cm (5 x 3 x 1in) and is in good condition considering age and use.
