Arrr! A superb example of a pirate-themed confectionery tin, dating from the 1970s, and once containing Blue Bird (not Blue Beard) Toffee. The tin is in great condition inside and out for its age – the colours remain vivid and bright and the metals shiny – and the illustrations are charming, making it ideal for the collector or for re-purposing in a contemporary way, especially for a children’s gift or decor.
