Large Mushroom Colour Brass Gooseneck Maclamp Table Lamp

A brass gooseneck desk or table lamp made by Maclamp which probably dates from the early 1970s in a familiar mushroom colour (a dark cream tone, if you prefer) which is quite notable for its size. Much larger than some of the Maclamps of the period, this particular model stands almost 60cm (24 in.) tall when the neck is extended vertically. Also of note is that the gooseneck on this lamp also extends all the way from the shade to the base – there is no rigid portion at all. The lamp has a standard Maclamp base (approximately 15cm / 6 in. in diameter) with a switch, and over 2m (6 ft) of cable.

In very good condition with just some minor signs of age and wear. The lamp takes a standard “bayonet” style bulb,
