Small Shallow Vintage Wood Dish with Endgrain Finish, Hong Kong

A subtle but very attractive small bowl or dish which was made in Hong Kong, featuring a low profile and rounded square design, and with a beautiful endgrain finish reminiscent of the collaboration between Denby and Digsmed in their “Stone & Teak” range. This is almost certainly teak too and has a very mid-century aura – more than simply functional, this 6-inch (15cm) square form makes a statement all of its own… under-statement, really.

in good condition, with just some minor superficial signs of age use, the bowl has its original label affixed underneath, and has an overall depth of 1 in. (2.5cm).
