Vintage Cream Anglepoise Model 90 Desk Lamp by Herbert Terry & Sons

This Model 90 Anglepoise – dating from the early 1970s – is in one of the more common colours, but it’s no less appealing for that. It’ll fit in almost any decor and as with any Anglepoise, it’ll just work and do it with elegance and style. It just looks the part – as every Anglepoise does, regardless of how or where they are used.

This one is in good condition overall with only minimal signs of age and wear, aside from a patch on the base which for us wouldn’t be a deal-breaker and a little bit of rust on the chrome bar which holds the springs. The shade is in good shape bar some minor dents to the underside and there’s very little surface loss to speak of anywhere else. The switch feels solid to the touch and there’s a good length of cabling. As always, please have the lamp safety tested and inspected prior to use in your own environment. It’s fully functioning but sold on the basis of it being tested in situ.
