Vintage Orange Smiths Timecal Dulcet Pull Cord Wind Wall Clock

Very orange, very curvaceous, very unusual and very vintage… this Smiths Timecal “Dulcet” wall clock is also notable for its pull cord mechanism for winding the clock spring.  The plastic case and bezel is a rich orange colour with sweeping rounded corners and deep side so it literally and metaphorically stands out. The plain black clockface with white hands and numerals result in a stylish contrast.

In full working order with some minor signs of age and use. There are a few minor and superficial scratches to the outer casing on the clear clock cover plastics, but no chips or cracks to the casing overall. The front orange “bezel” section of plastic has aged slightly in comparison to the rear, but this is not very noticeable in use.

Dimensions are approximately 19cm (7½ in.) “square” with a depth of 5cm (2 in.)
